SNOHOMISH CASCADE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
CC&R VIOLATION FINE SCHEDULE
| I. |
A verbal warning, immediately followed up by written notice will be given, notifying the homeowner and/or their tenant of a CC&R violation. |

| II. |
There will a 30 day grace period granted during which no fines will be assessed for the violation to be addressed and brought back into compliance. |

| III. |
Beginning 30 days after the date of written warning, a $50 per week fine will be levied against the homeowner and/or tenant (if necessary). The weekly fine will continue until the violation is corrected. |

| IV. |
If the infraction is not rectified adequately after 90 days from the date of written notice, the Snohomish Cascade Homeowners Association may (but is not obligated to) take action at the homeowner and/or tenants’ cost. If the expense is not paid in full within 7 days, the association will place a lien on the property until reimbursement (including interest and filing fees) are paid in full. |

| V. |
The Snohomish Cascade Homeowners Association Board of Directors will accept appeals during the first 30 days after written notice of a violation is made. |
