Board Meeting Minutes from May 9, 2006

In Attendance

• Board members: Tiger King, Brian Stern

Waterfall Area

• Rocks have been secured down and drain unplugged, but system vandalized again with water being released from system
• Have given Glenbrook Services $2500 down payment on waterfall area work. Should begin shortly
• Waterfall area work will include raising the vault, improved landscaping, new drainage system, possible new electrical system

Landscaping

• Still need to proceed on North median irrigation, bollards, and gravelling paths
• HOA will volunteer to pay for cost of maintaining school areas from parking lot to school, as this reflects on our neighborhood
• Have not heard back from Gold Creek about splitting cost of parking lot maintenance with them
• Blackberries in school "dead space" (behind ballfields) growning into homeowners yards - can we get school to address?

Other

• One homeowner is still complaining that their fence has not been repaired, Tiger to investigate
• Still need to paint segment of fence that was damaged in auto accident last year, Brian to coordinate
• Still need to get file insurance claim for South median trees
• Annual garage sale dates set for May 19-20.
