Board Meeting Minutes from January 10, 2006

In Attendance

• Board members: Tiger King
• Homeowners: Shari Clark (bookeeper), Steve Mollers

Waterfall Area

• Upcoming waterfall work includes raising the vault, landscaping improvements, and fixing drainage and electrical system
• Still no update on Totem Poll replacement
• Waterfall security cameras not worth the price and would have logistical difficulties (storing recording device in neighbor's home).

Landscaping

• Will proceed on North median irrigation later in the year
• Glenbrook Services will plant 3 new trees at the South entrance
• Glenbrook services will replace 2 trees in South median (one died, one damaged in auto accident)
• Glenbrook services will research cost of bollards at park entrances
• We will have Glenbrook Services gravel the path entrances later in the year

Other

• Need to repair fence segment from storm damage, and a few other minor repairs on South side
• Pabco removed from approved roofing materials list, existing homes will be grandfathered in
