| Waterfall - North Entrance |
- Bob R and Rick B discussed waterfall, repairs needed, timeline.
- Steve B elaborated on electrical issues with the waterfall, what needs to be repaired and in what sequence.
- New electrical system will be contained free standing, detached from The Falls sign as it lacks stability due to it's deteriorating state.
- Goal continues to be to completely repair and develop a go forward maintenance plan. Waterfall is our trademark, unanimous board decision to repair and keep functioning.

| South Entrance |
- Goal continues to be increasing the aesthetics of entrance.
- Bob R convened a group of homeowners in their cul de sac, 2 options were presented:
- Option A – primarily surface aesthetic enhancements. Add shrubbery to deter pedestrians, bikes through landscaping.
- Options B – more comprehensive enhancement, have the North entrance more of a showpiece to mirror the South entrance. Changes would include: replacing, moving and elevating sign further from the street to increase it’s visibility, replace current rockery with cultured stone to be more in line with the waterfall theme.
- Discussed colors and need to replace both entrance signs.

Rick B will obtain estimate on shrubbery and cultured stone.
Costs of both options will be considered, budgetary constraints evaluated, competing priorities, before moving forward with either option.
Need to determine how to proceed, what colors, who will develop designs, cost, etc.

| Posted Signs |
- Discussed signs left up after event, i.e. garage sale signs.
- Only real estate or election signs should be on private property.

Rick will instruct his crew to remove event signs if the date has passed. |
| Speed Bumps |
- Need speed bumps along Sno-cascade Dr.
- City came to access; we don’t meet criteria to have speed bumps installed.
- Discussed option of requesting a traffic cop to deter speeding

| Irrigation of Medians |
- Water available at both mediums along Sno-cascade Dr., equipped with sprinkler heads. Irrigation in place though not functional due to age of system.

| South Park Entrance |
- Bollards (posts) to be installed to deter motorized vehicles from entering park
- New gravel being laid from street entrance to trailhead
- Creek will be cleaned out to help prevent flooding of neighboring backyards
- Plan to thin some smaller trees lining the creek
