Annual Meeting Minutes from November 15, 2005

In Attendance

• Homeowners: Shari Clark (bookeeper), Bob Cooke, Tricia Cooke, Sam Grant, Bob Roush, Steve Mollers, Jim Everts, David Quiggle, Martin Medak, Ken Newby, Ric Newgard, Kevin Meecham (Protection One)

Waterfall Security

• Kevin Meecham from Protection one attended the meeting and discussed security options for the waterfall area
• Cameras are motion activated, proposal had 2 cameras at waterfall, 5.8GHz wireless. Proposal also includes cameras in park, not wireless
• Waterfall cost: $9378 to own equipment, or $4900 and $189/mo if Protection One owns equipment
• Park cost: $4756 to own equipment, or $2490 and $89/mo if Protection One owns equipment
• It is also possible to access camera images via Internet with additional equipment

Water Pressure

• Several homeowners in the SE corner of neighborhood have stated their water pressue is low
• Bob stated that the average pressure there is 34psi and they want it at 55psi
• Bob stated that a new water line may be run early next spring
• Silver Lake Water is holding a board meeting in January, the HOA will advertise

Puget Park Drive

• Bob raised the issue of the Asphalt along Puget Park Drive being damaged by tree roots
• Bob stated that the county owns maintenance of Puget Park Drive by park (within 5 feet), so the HOA should not subsidize
• There are also concerns about speeding along the extension of Puget Park Drive
• Steve attended Puget Park Extension meeting
